Shipping Information

All shipping starts at $10.50 and shipped through UPS. It is insured for the amount of your purchase. We do not ship outside of the US.

UPS Blue and RED label is available for an additional fee if you choose those services it will show up at the checkout, the price is reflected also on the price of the jewelry to help cover insurance fees. Please note that not all items are in stock at any one particular time.

We can guarantee delivery depending on the type of shipping and whether or not we have the item in stock. Currently, 70%+ of the items are in stock. Ladies standard ring sizes are 5-9 including ½ sizes. Gents are sizes 9-12 also including ½ sizes.

Mt. Rushmore Gold company has agreed to extend every effort possible to supply any items we run out of, but they can also run out of certain items. They have further agreed to manufacture any needed item whenever possible in a timely manner as to allow you, the customer, to receive your order as soon as possible! Specially made items normally take 2 weeks extra, depending on the item you order, it will also be noted on the item in the website, if further time will be needed before your order is shipped.

We process orders every day and will ship out your order usually the same day that we receive it. There are, of course, exceptions. During the Holidays, it is wise to order 2 day or sooner if you would like it to arrive in time for Christmas; our factory is closed December 24th – January 1st.

1. Orders received after UPS has come by (1:00 PM) and picked up the current orders.
2. Orders received over the week ends and on Holidays.

There are always other exceptions that can happen, like UPS or FedEx Pilots going on strike. Then all bets are off!

All shipping is sent "Pre-Paid" by us, so no COD's are issued.

Tracking your order: If you wish, you may email us and we will provide you with a tracking number (from UPS) so that you may log onto the UPS web site www.ups.com and trace the route and status of your order.
