Shipping Information

Our orders do NOT ship the same day they are received.
Many of our Black Hills Gold items are NOT STOCKED and are individually made for you.

We ship all items ground through UPS or USPS with tracking with the option for UPS Blue or RED for an additional fee.

We do not ship outside of the US.

We can guarantee delivery depending on the type of shipping and whether or not we have the item in stock.
Ladies standard ring sizes are 5-9 including ½ sizes. Gents are sizes 9-12 also including ½ sizes. There will be extra charges if going larger or smaller than the average stock size for your ring, please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for delivery so we may cast it to your size.

Our manufacturers have agreed to extend every effort possible to supply any items we run out of, but they can also run out of certain items especially during the Holiday Season. They specially manufacture any needed item whenever possible in a timely manner as to allow you, to receive your order as soon as possible!

Specially made items normally take 2 weeks Extra, depending on the item you order, it will also be noted on the item in the website, if further time will be needed before your order is shipped.

We process orders every business day, you will be e-mailed with the estimated time your order will be ready for shipment.

There are exceptions. During the Holidays, it is wise to order 2-day delivery or sooner to assure speedy delivery in time for Christmas; our factory is closed December 24th – January 1st.

1. Orders received after UPS has come by (1:00 PM) and picked up the current orders.
2. Orders received over the weekends and on Holidays.

There are other exceptions that can happen, like severe weather.
We are a family owned company, and take the Holidays off to be with family and friends.

Tracking your order: When your order ships, we will e-mail you the tracking information and link (from UPS and USPS) so that you may keep track of the status of your order.
